We wanted to provide a quick update on the work completed this week and the upcoming work planned for next week.
Completed Works – Week of February 23rd, 2026
- Continued installation of silt fence and tree protection fencing.
- Began installation of the temporary haul road from the existing parking lot to the pile locations.
- Began stockpiling granular material in the existing parking lot.
- Completed soil sampling in the areas where material will be hauled off-site next week.
Week of March 2nd, 2026
- Equipment on site will continue installing silt fence and tree protection fencing.
- Soil sampling will continue in the areas where excavation is planned.
- Stripping of topsoil will begin in the areas designated for the exfiltration manholes and bioswales (pending receipt of soil sampling results).
- Continued hauling of granular material to the site.
Schedule continuing until March 30, 2026
- Receiving material to finalize building pads and to construct the exfiltration manholes and bioswales.
Clarifications
- The construction path is temporary and will be removed as piling work is completed. Asphalt was never proposed.
- No trees have been removed, nor are any planned to be removed as part of these works.
