- We are pleased to share that all utility locates have now been received, allowing work to proceed as outlined in the schedule and work plan distributed last week.
- Over the past week, our team continued to implement and maintain erosion and sediment control measures across the site. Additional soil testing was completed with the City of Ottawa’s consultant present, and frost ripping began in preparation for upcoming activities.
- Starting Monday, March 23, 2026, crews will begin hauling material from beneath the footprint of the test fill piles off-site to a designated facility. This will be followed by the construction of the four ‘test fill pile pads’ (gravel piles). Work on erosion and sediment control measures around the ‘exfiltration manhole system’ and ‘bioswale system’ will also begin next week. Any additional areas that require excavation will continue to be tested in advance of any fill movement.
