- We are pleased to report that on-site works have progressed well and are scheduled to be completed by the end of the day today.
- Over the coming months, activity on the site will be significantly reduced. All erosion and sediment control measures—including silt fencing and straw bales—will remain in place to ensure ongoing environmental protection.
- We have not changed any drainage patterns on site, and it is not abnormal for the property to pond water at this time of year. There were a few older, rotten culverts on site that had collapsed and were no longer conveying water, resulting in elevated water levels. We have addressed this by installing open ditches at these locations to alleviate the buildup of water. We will continue to monitor the water levels.
- We will continue to conduct regular site visits to monitor stormwater flowing through the property and to ensure that all measures remain effective.
